FISH EXOTIC TAWA FRY

INGREDIENTS
- Fish - 500gm
- Prawn(small sized) - 100gms
- Onion (sliced) - 3 medium sized
- Tomato(sliced) - 1 medium sized
- Capsicum (sliced)- 1 medium sized
- Garlic(chopped) - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
- Coriander(chopped)
- Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
- Cornflour- 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
- chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon ( Kashmiri lal mirch)
- Oil- to fry
- Salt - for taste
To Marinate(procedure)
- In a bowl add fish , turmeric, salt, cornflour , ginger garlic paste and chilly powder and mix it well. Keep it aside for 5mins.
- Again in another bowl add prawn, salt and chilli powder and mix it well. Keep it aside for 5mins.
Methods to cook
- Heat oil and deep fry the marinated fish and prwan separately in medium flame. Fry them until they change their colour to golden brown.
- In another pan heat oil. Add chopped garlic and stir fry till it turns golden.
- Then add onions, tomato and capsicum ( add capsicum a bit later after onions are half fried; dont make capsicum become softer. it tastes better when it is half cooked).
- Add salt according to your required consumption.
- Then add fried fish and mix it well
- Sprinkle those fried prawns.
- Remove from flame.
Garnish
- Garnish with chopped coriander and sprinkle lemon juice.
- Serve hot as side dish.
