FISH EXOTIC TAWA FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish - 500gm
  • Prawn(small sized) - 100gms
  • Onion (sliced) - 3 medium sized
  • Tomato(sliced) - 1 medium sized
  • Capsicum (sliced)- 1 medium sized
  • Garlic(chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander(chopped) 
  • Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
  • Cornflour-  2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
  • chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon ( Kashmiri lal mirch)
  • Oil- to fry
  • Salt - for taste 

To Marinate(procedure)

  •  In a bowl add fish , turmeric, salt, cornflour , ginger garlic paste and chilly powder and mix it well.   Keep it aside for 5mins.
  • Again in another bowl add prawn, salt and chilli powder and mix it well.  Keep it aside for 5mins.

Methods to cook

  •  Heat oil and deep fry the marinated fish and prwan separately in medium flame. Fry them until they change their colour to golden brown.
  • In another pan heat oil. Add chopped garlic and stir fry till it turns golden.
  • Then add onions, tomato and capsicum ( add capsicum a bit later after onions are half fried; dont make capsicum become softer. it tastes better when it is half cooked).
  • Add salt according to your required consumption.
  • Then add fried fish and mix it well
  • Sprinkle those fried prawns. 
  • Remove from flame.

Garnish

  • Garnish with chopped coriander and sprinkle lemon juice.
  • Serve hot as side dish.
