Cheesy Chicken Pakoda

Ingredients


  • Chicken cubes- 500gms
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilly(chopped)- 2-3 chillies
  • Onions(chopped) - 2 medium
  • Hanged curd - 2 tablespoon
  • Chilly Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala- 1teaspoon
  • Egg- 1
  • All purpose flour - 3 tablespoon
  • Gram flour- 1 tablespoon
  • cheese cubes 
  • oil to fry
  •  salt to taste

Method


  1. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilly , onions, curd, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, egg, salt and mix well.
  2. Insert cheese cubes inside the chicken cubes by creating a small hole in the chicken cubes.
  3. Marinate chicken with above batter for atleast 30mins.
  4. Then add all purpose flour and gram flour in the bowl.(make a batter for pakoda )
  5. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces, until it turns into golden brown
  6. Serve hot with mayonnaise , schezwan chutney or green chutney .
