Chapati Noodles Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • chapati(leftover)- 4
  • Onion (sliced)- 1 medium sized
  • Cabbage (sliced)- 1 cup
  • Carrot (sliced)- 2
  • Capsicum (sliced)- 1 small sized
  • Garlic (chopped)– 5 pods 
  • Green chilly(slits)- 2-3 (remove the seeds)
  • Hakka noodles masala- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Turmeric powder-  a pinch
  • Cooking oil – 1 tbs

Methods

  • Take 4 chapatis and layer it on each other and roll it. And cut chapati's into very thin strips 
  • heat oil in pan.
  • Add chopped garlic and green chilli slits, and saute it for 30 secs till you feel the smell of garlic. dont overcook, dont make it brownish.
  • Add sliced onion and saute it.
  • Add sliced carrots, green pepper,  shredded cabbage and mix well
  • Add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, salt ,turmeric powder and mix it well.
  • Add chapati noodles and mix all.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot as breakfast or you can carry it as tiffin.
