Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Ingredients For Panner Tikka
- Paneer(cubes) - 250 gm
- capsicum - (green or yellow or red) diced into square shape- 1 medium size
- Tomato(diced into square shape)- 1 medium
- Onion(diced into square shape)-1 medium
- Thick or hung curd - 200gm
- Besan (gram flour)- 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
- Dry fenugreek leaves(crushed) -½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder -1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder -1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala powder- 1 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala powder- 1 teaspoon
- Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder - 2 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice- 1teaspoon
- Oil as required Salt- to taste
Ingredients For Sandwich
- Bread slices- 6-8pcs
- Butter- to spread
- Mayonnaise- to spread
- Cheese slices
- Whisk the thick curd till smooth in a bowl .
- Add all the ingredients under paneer tikka except oil, veggies and panner cubes. Mix well.
- Add the diced vegetables along with paneer slices.
- Marinate paneer and veggies well
- Keep the marinade in the fridge for 30mins. (you can also preserve it overnight).
- Heat oil in a non stick tawa (you can use seasoned griddle).
- Fry marinated paneer and veggies on low or medium flame.
- Gently lift and turn over.
- Apply butter on bread slice.
- Add Panner tikka on the slice and above it some mayo if you want.
- Add cheese slice and put on another slice of bread with little butter on it.
- And grill the sandwich. (you can also use tawa)
- You can add some green chutney .
- Cut into your desired shapes.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney .
